utah valley

YEA. i am half way done with the utah grand slam. its so weird to think i have eight marathons underneath my belt. crazy. well this last weekend was Utah Valley Marathon and boy was the weather completely different than the last two marathons i have ran this year. it was incredibly hot. but this year the course was much nicer than last year. technically it was the same route but we were running on the other side of the road which had way more shade than the other side. it was oh so nice. i met up with a friend of mine before the race that happened to be pacing the pace that i wanted to finish. 4:10. because of her and the other girls that i ran with, the race was great and i am pretty happy with my time.
