Bach night

Well Monday night was the bachelorette finale. Even those my guys didn't get the girl, Im lovin Shawn and Kaitlyn. So much that I am following them on snapchat. Sorry about the language. I didn't type it. But so cute.

Well were you guys happy about the end result? Though I do have say, nick looks good with a beard. I would only pick him for his beard. I think he is doing okay. Have you looked at this Instagram? Well word on the street Ben H is the bachelor. I guess we will have to wait and see. Till 2016. Oh that's far away. 

I did it!

I beat my sister. Last year my older sister ran the Deseret new half marathon. It wasn't her best time. She had been training and training. I think the heat got to her because all I heard this year was how much better the weather was. Well her time was 2:00:15. The plan was to beat her. Well my training was delayed because back in June I cracked my ribs wake boarding and running was not going to happen. But me being my prideful self and told people I was running. I signed up. My plan was still to beat my sisters time. I ran mostly 4 miles every day. Three days before I decided to run 7 miles. I did it but very very slow. The morning of the race came. My nerves were at an all time high, regretting this decision to run but I had no other way to get home. So when it was time to go I started.... After everyone else had already left. 

I turned my music on, stuffed my gum and my mouth and started my garmin and I just went for it. For the whole 7 miles in the canyon I was sticking around just under an 8 min mile. As I got out of the canyon I started getting a little slower.as I was running I was thinking to myself. One this weather couldn't be more perfect and second this is going by pretty fast. Finally I made my last turn to the finish line. I was struggling but I finally finished.

With no training and perfect weather  I beat my sister! Woot woot. Because this race went so well. I now am training for a full. I nice jump start to training. I thinking big cottonwood marathon. 

PDA

and I'm not talking about public displays of awesomeness. 

I'm talking about the real PDA. What's your thoughts on it? For me, I can only take so much. I don't know if it's because I'm 30 and single or what. I will tell you this, you will only be seeing me holding hands, a kiss here and there, and maybe a hug... If I'm cold. Everything else will be behind close doors. Ha. Who knows maybe that will all change. Maybe my boyfriend will be so good looking at dinner, I'll just sit right on his lap.... 

little red.

 last month i joined the blaine ladies and my brothers girlfriend and we biked 50 miles

if you haven't heard of it. its called little red.

a bunch of woman (only) bike whatever miles. sounds lame...

well its not. it pretty much is a big party.

you ride 10 miles, stop eat then ride another 10 miles.

the weather was suppose to be cold and wet.

Boy were we lucky because, it didn't rain and it was cool with sun.

what i like to call perfect biking weather.

If you haven't heard of nor done little red. i highly recommend it.

Its Monday! which mean its bachelorette night! I'm not going to lie, I'm not a big fan of this season. At first i was because i loved Kaitlyn from the bachelor. now that we are getting to know her more and more. I am not liking her as much. Are you guys feeling the same way? Maybe it because she slept with creep-o nick or because she has eliminated two of the three boys that i think are cute. yes i like Joe. I'm not a fan of his hair but man his southern personality is off the charts and i just forget about his choice of hair style. I unfortunately gave in and looked at reality Steve's website and i know how this all ends. I won't spill the beans because i do know that reality Steve has been wrong. So who are you all rooting for? i hope its not nick. but if you are, its your choice and i will not judge you. maybe.
