today is valentines day. today i am not celebrating this day with my loved one. today i am spending my day at work with several other coworkers. this morning as i heading into work i was seeing everything pink red and white. i seeing everything hearts. today for 12 hours i will be seeing patients come in with there "broken" hearts and for today i get to spend time with those people and i get to play a part in healing their heart. i am mending their broken heart so that they can go home and spend time with their loved one and the ones that they love and love them in return. as i finish my shift i will be going to the gym to get a little workout of my heart to help make it feel better so that i can go home and be with my loved ones. Im usually not a big valentines fan. i have never had a boyfriend during valentines. wait i take that back, one year i did. kinda. it was fun but nothing special. i was 16 at the time there is nothing special at that age. but i have to say being at work helping patients with there heart troubles has to be the best place i could be. helping others heal.
i heart my job.
