Every Saturday, the Saturday waffle truck comes out and serves salt lake with the best waffles I have ever tried. I went with my aunt Julie and cousin Paige. They have your basic waffles and then they have ones for the more darning people to try. I had the Benny waffles which was eggs Benedict with bacon, hollandise sauce all on top of a waffle. It may sound or look gross but it was all yummy. You can't dismiss it until you try it. They are up at the Dans grocery store up at Olympus cove every Saturday. Go check it out!
