friday

this friday was a good day. it was sunny. warm. not many patients at work. payday. nothing better then getting paid on a sunny where you get to leave work at 4:00pm instead of 6:30. i was able to get a nice 3 mile run in before meeting up with my mom to have a girls night. which consisted of dinner and a lingerie event at the new nordstroms in city creek center. how was i able to go a look around and shop early. because i have a modcard. this is a card that you get a nordstroms that works like a debt card. its not a credit card. its an easy, no fee way of getting points and money back when you buy things. well because i have a card. i was invited to a lingerie/bra fitting event. i signed up and brought my mom along because we both really just wanted to see what the new nordys looked like. let me tell you. i was in shopping heaven. who knew a department store could look so pretty. as we were able to by sleep wear, bras and all that other stuff we were able to look around to see what they have in other departments. though we could try anything on i was just able to see what cute things i could patiently want in my closet this spring. as the even started winding down my mom and i were starving so went wondered over to blue lemon. if you havent been to this place, you must go. their food is devine and there butternut squash soup is yummilicous.  my mom and i talked boys, politics, wilson, and family. i love spending time with my best friend. i dont know what i would do without her. i cant wait till i next girls night out. theres a couple in the next couple of months and those you will here about soon. probably march 22nd will be the next one. girls day out at the city creek center. 11 days left. then ill be broke. ha
