its was that time of year. ragnar!
i was on the same team, same van, same people from last year. i love this group of people and i hope to have many more rangers with this them.
this year it was 197 miles from logan to park city.
i ran 21.7 miles
i was runner 11 for the first leg which was 7.3 uphill to snow basin
then i switched to runner 9 for the second and third leg.
my second leg was 10 miles at 4:00am around echo lake. beautiful and my favorite.
my third leg was 4.4 up "you got to be kidding me" this is straight uphill. no joke. you can see from this post to see how bad it was.
but I'm not going to lie, i didn't mind it.
i liked my legs enough to volunteer to be runner 9 and 10 for next year for our ultra team.
ultra team?
its six runners rather than 12 and you pretty much run a half marathon for all three legs. 30-40 miles total.
and i might kill two bird with one stone because both of them are on my running bucket list
